Step 1 — the app that identifies us to Xero

Create it once at developer.xero.com → New App → Web App. Company URL: https://pos.tirufresh.co.zw · Redirect URI: https://pos.tirufresh.co.zw/api/xero/callback (exactly). Then copy the Client ID and generate a Client Secret, and paste them here. The secret is stored on our server only and never shown again.

Step 2 — give consent

This opens Xero's own sign-in. You log in as yourself, choose the TIRU FRESH organisation, and approve. From then on, daily sales and COGS post automatically — one summary per location per day, never one invoice per till slip.
