Owner or manager account required for most actions.
Production cycles
Start a cycle when you plant a field or place a batch of chicks. Add each
cost as it happens β chicks, feed, seed, fertiliser, vaccines, labour. At harvest the
system totals the inputs and works out the true cost per unit itself.
Quick record (no cycle)
For once-off production where you already know the total cost.
Slaughter / process
Convert live animals into meat. Stock of live animals goes down, meat stock goes up, and the rearing cost rolls into the meat automatically.
Typical yields (guide)
Animal
Live avg
Dressed yield
Broiler
~2.0 kg
~1.4β1.5 kg (70β72%)
Goat
~30 kg
~13β15 kg (45β50%)
Cattle
~450 kg
~250β280 kg (55β62%)
The system records YOUR actual yield each time β over months you'll see your real dressing percentages and spot problems (underweight birds, poor feed conversion).

Receive supplier stock
Bought-in goods (maize meal, oil, breadβ¦). Enter what arrived and its unit cost.
Tip
Later sessions add full purchase orders (send PO β receive against it) and stock takes. This screen covers day-to-day receiving.
Price list per location
An item is only sellable at a location if it has a price there. Set farm-gate
prices to switch on the Farm Till; blank = not sold at that location.
Record wastage
Bird mortality, spoiled produce, cutting loss at the block, damaged stock, theft. Recording it keeps stock honest and shows what shrink really costs.
Shrink β last 30 days
Stock take β physical count vs ledger
Pick a location, count the shelves, enter what you actually found. The system shows the variance, values it, and adjusts the ledger to match reality.
